Information for NESH Class
Please find below information about getting to our class weekend and the forms to bring with you.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
Class will be held on the Hampshire College Campus in Amherst, Massachusetts. We’ll meet on the upper floor in the East Lecture Hall of Franklin Patterson Hall (#17 on map of Hampshire College, click here to view).
There will be signs of where to park for the New England School of Homeopathy, or might just say “homeopathy parking” directing you to the Prescott Parking lot between #15 and #27 on the map (#15 is the Eric Carl Museum). This is a different parking lot than usual.
You will also need to display a printed parking pass in your car window that your NESH contact can email you in advance.
Closer to the time, be sure to check back here again in case we have additional instructions to share with you.
For directions, see Hampshire College website: http://www.hampshire.edu/discover/976.htm
Please allow for extra travel time as there is currently a lot of local road construction in Amherst and nearby towns resulting in travel delays and road closures.
We also ask you complete the following forms in advance.
These forms can be completed electronically. Please email them in advance to your physician / NESH contact.
Patient Diagnostic History and Medication Form
-OR-
These forms can be printed out and completed by hand. It would be appreciated for you to send in a scan or photo of them ahead of time but please also bring your original copies to your appointment either way.
Patient Diagnostic History and Medication Form
-AND-
This one needs to be printed out and signed in hard copy and brought to class with you. If you do not have access to a printer, let us know in advance and we can have a blank form on hand for you to sign at your appointment.
IMPORTANT NOTE for PATIENTS: Collectively we are currently treating numerous immunocompromised and critically ill people in & out of this course who cannot afford to get sick at this time. If you are feeling sick with any viral type symptoms before the appointment (ie. influenza, COVID, stomach gastroenteritis, fever, cough, sore throat, etc), please contact your NESH practitioner immediately to let them know and we’ll ask that you not come to class. Please be sure that anyone coming with you is also feeling well.
Additionally out of an abundance of caution and respect for our patients, if you have potentially been exposed to COVID we ask that you also test before coming to class.
We appreciate your cooperation to make it as safe as possible for all who are attending as well as their patients. We look forward to working together. See you soon!
