Kirsten Carle
As a naturopathic doctor, my focus is on the person rather the disease, helping people to
uncover and address their unique obstacles to optimal health and well being. My
approach utilizes many natural therapies, including diet, stress management and other
lifestyle modifications as well as herbal medicine, homeopathy and nutrition to address a
wide array of health issues.
I received my naturopathic medical training at the National University of Natural
Medicine in Portland, Oregon and continued my clinical education at an integrative
medical clinic collaborating with a diverse team of integrative medical providers. I am
licensed to practice naturopathic medicine in Vermont and worked there for over five
years, first as a primary care provider and later specializing in tick-borne infections such
as Lyme disease and other chronic complex health conditions.
My additional areas of focus include hormonal imbalances, mood disorders, autoimmune
disease, gastrointestinal conditions, sleep disturbance, mold toxicity and detoxification.
I am experienced in working with the highly sensitive client and have developed
approaches that work well for those intolerant to many medications and even herbs and
supplements.
