New England School of Homeopathy

Information for NESH Class

Please find below information about getting to our class weekend and the forms to bring with you.

Class will be held on the Hampshire College Campus in Amherst, Massachusetts. We’ll meet on the upper floor in the East Lecture Hall of Franklin Patterson Hall (#17 on map of Hampshire College, click here to view).

There will be signs of where to park for the New England School of Homeopathy, or might just say “homeopathy parking”. Closer to the time, be sure to check back here again in case we have additional instructions to share with you.

For directions, see Hampshire College website: http://www.hampshire.edu/discover/976.htm

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment, with the following forms filled out (please give the completed forms to your physician / NESH contact in advance):

Comprehensive Health Profile

Patient Diagnostic History and Medication Form

Video Release Consent Form

IMPORTANT NOTE for PATIENTS: Collectively we are currently treating numerous immunocompromised and critically ill people in & out of this course who cannot afford to get sick at this time. If you are feeling sick with any viral type symptoms before the appointment (ie. influenza, COVID, stomach gastroenteritis, etc), please contact your NESH practitioner immediately to let them know and we’ll ask that you not come to class. Please be sure that anyone coming with you is also feeling well.

ADDITIONALLY out of an abundance of caution and respect for our patients, we are requiring everyone to COVID test before coming into class (including our NESH student participants and all patients). You can either test at home before coming into the class or if you don’t have access to tests, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment, to meet your NESH course contact outside to COVID test before coming into class. Anyone joining you in the classroom will also need to test similarly. Please let your NESH practitioner know how many folks will be with you so they can have enough COVID tests on hand for everyone in your group if needed.

We appreciate your cooperation to make it as safe as possible for all who are attending as well as their patients. We look forward to working together. See you soon!
