Verification of your Enrollment & Course Hours

with the New England School of Homeopathy

For our students who complete the courses listed below in full AND on-schedule, we provide the following at NO additional charge:

PHASE #1: Foundations of Homeopathy 12-Hour ONLINE Course: Level 1 Introducing the Fundamentals

• printable Certificate of Completion verifying 12 course hours automatically emailed at end of course

PHASE #2: Develop Expertise in Homeopathy Two-Year ONLINE Course (be sure to follow timely instructions when provided.) For verification of optional/additional hours beyond the published hours for the course, see end of page.

• hard copy frameable Certificate of Completion verifying 150 course hours mailed to you when all requirements have been met at the end of the course.

• Continuing Education letter appropriate for your specific licensure, emailed upon request during the course, for the number of qualifying hours required at the time for re-licensing purposes. Please give us a month’s notice before your submission deadline. See more details about what continuing education and credentialing hours are available.

• Continuing Education letter (as stated above) emailed upon request at the end of the course, verifying completion of the published course hours when all requirements have been met.

PHASE #3: Case-based Courses for our Alumni only (Please be sure to complete the Alumni Course Enrollment form in addition to paying tuition, and follow other timely instructions as requested to qualify.) For verification of optional/additional hours beyond the published hours for the course, see end of page.

• Continuing Education letter (as stated above) or other signed letter on NESH letterhead emailed upon request at the end of the course, verifying completion of the published course hours when all requirements have been met.

$25 service fee applies for any of the following:

• reprints or resends requested for any of the items above already provided for free the first time (additional fees beyond the $25 will apply for items mailed outside the US).

• requests for any type of verification normally provided for free (as listed above) after the Verification Request Window has passed for any course that ended in 2025 or after.

• verification requests for courses that ended prior to 2025 made two or more years after the end of the course.

• any verification request that takes more than ½ hour to compile. (Additional fees beyond the $25 may apply for requests that require more than an hour.)

To make these requests, contact us: 1) with the specifics of what you require and 2) let us know you have paid the $25 fee.

Verification of Optional / Additional Hours:

For those who require the maximum number of verified class hours (such as those looking to qualify for DHANP with HANP, DABHM with ABHM, or RSHom(NA) with NASH), we offer a service to verify ALL the hours you’ve completed beyond the published hours for the courses listed below, including optional materials, live sessions not already included in course hours, extra materials offered beyond standard hours, etc.

Develop Expertise in Homeopathy Two-Year ONLINE Course – $50 fee for this can be paid upon completion of the course in full.

Guided Case Studies In Theory & Practice: 12-Month Online Course Series – $25 fee for this can be paid upon completion of the course in full.

This service will be provided in the order payment is received – contact us to let us know payment has been made. This process is time intensive so be sure to plan well in advance for when you might need this documentation.
