Epidemic Updates By Paul Herscu ND, MPH, DHANP

SIDE NOTE in January 2026 – We are treating a lot of patients who are acutely sick with all the illnesses that are currently going around, including, but not limited to: Norovirus, Influenza, and Adenovirus. Here is a recent article by Dr. Rothenberg on the prevention and treatment of winter illnesses, along with her video on the same topic. Save and share both to have on hand as needed. Also a video reminder about how to make an Inexpensive Air Filtration System to minimize exposure to germs and other airborne particles in a room.

Dr. Herscu has been writing about epidemics since the mid-1990’s from the Anthrax Scare, to the Swine Flu, the Zika Virus, the tainted dog food issue, the issues surrounding radiation after the Japanese earthquake, air qualify issues from the West Coast fires, too many seasonal respiratory / gastrointestinal epidemics to mention individually, and most recently during COVID.

Throughout those 35+ years he shared his thoughts about current epidemics widely and at no charge, including remedy predication tools that anyone could use (regardless of their level of experience) during some of the larger outbreaks that warranted it. He however regretfully had to make the very difficult decision to no longer write and publish epidemic updates for the general public due to receiving too many death threats during COVID directed both at him AND his family.

In 2026 he plans to make them available again via our NESH Online Student Portal for free to all current NESH students enrolled in a full year course of study, and for a small fee of $54 to all other NESH Alumni who have completed the Two-Year Course or NESH equivalent. This gives subscribers access for all of 2026.

IF you are currently enrolled in the NESH Two-Year Course, our Treating Animals with Homeopathy 5-Weekend in-person Course, or any of the three courses in the 12-Month Guided Case Studies In Theory & Practice Series, you will automatically gain free access to the 2026 epidemic updates.

Otherwise, to pay the access fee for this Module, contact us or proceed to the Course Registration For NESH Alumni page of our website if you already have the password. (This is not the personal password you set up to access the NESH Student Portal but one we would have emailed NESH Alumni specifically to access this registration page only.)

(Note: the epidemic update module itself does not qualify for continuing education credits.)
