NPLEX Board Exam Study Guide:

for Naturopathic Medical School Students

NPLEX Exam Study Prep Assistance:

We understand with prepping for NPLEX exam, you’ll have a lot of studying ahead of you in many subject areas. As a special gift honoring your achievements, Dr. Herscu would like to help streamline that process.

The goal of sharing this information is to help efficiently and effectively prepare you to pass the homeopathy portion of the NPLEX, which is traditionally the most frequently failed section.

There is a large divide between what one learns to pass the test and what one needs to actually practice homeopathy. We are not attempting to bridge that gap here, but simply helping you pass to be able to obtain your license. NESH teaches an in-depth approach to constitutional homeopathic care, which is not what the boards focus on. Because of that Dr. Herscu created this study guide a number of years ago specifically for our NESH students and alumni so they could be better prepared to ace this section.

The link below directs you to an approximately 2 hour lecture covering that material:

To help take notes, please also DOWNLOAD this document which is a list of the remedies discussed during this recorded lecture by Dr. Herscu, as well as a note geared specifically for our NESH students and alumni to contextualize the study of these remedies within the matrix of what they learn with NESH.

Amy Rothenberg ND, DHANP and Paul Herscu ND, MPH, DHANP founded NESH in 1990 after graduating from NCNM ’86 (now NUNM) to teach the art and science of classical homeopathy – training thousands of practitioners in the United States and abroad. As authors, practitioners, teachers, and original thinkers in the field, they feel it is important to give back to the profession and help the next generation of providers translate homeopathic philosophy into the successful and enjoyable practice of this powerful medicine.
